Vitiligo
Vitiligo is a chronic dermatologic disorder that causes depigmentation of patches of skin. It occurs when the melanocytes, the cells responsible for skin pigmentation, are destroyed.
Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra (DPN)
Dermatosis papulosa nigra (DPN) is a benign skin condition characterized by small, dark brown to black raised spots that commonly appear on the face, neck, and upper body, particularly in individuals with darker skin tones.
Eczema
Atopic dermatitis or eczema is characterized by rashes that are due to a hypersensitivity reaction in the skin or other irritants. Signs and symptoms of eczema include intense itching, skin redness, blisters, dryness, and skin pigmentation changes.
Melasma
Melasma is a common disorder of hyperpigmentation. It is characterized by symmetrical brown-gray pigmentation affecting the cheeks, forehead, upper lip & chin.
